T\u00f8r en sk\u00e5l med meget lidt fedtstof, s\u00e5 dejen ikke h\u00e6nger fast, n\u00e5r den kommes tilbage i r\u00f8resk\u00e5len, eller h\u00e6vesk\u00e5len, for at h\u00e6ve.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tild\u00e6k dejen med plastik film og lad den h\u00e6ve ved stuetemperatur indtil den er cirka dobbelt st\u00f8rrelse, ca. 1 time.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hvis der tidligere er brugt Thermomix eller anden r\u00f8remaskine med tilbeh\u00f8r der ikke kan fjernes fra sk\u00e5len (kniv, dejkrog etc.), <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">skal<\/span> dejen flyttes til en anden h\u00e6vesk\u00e5l.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-390a032f\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns has-2-columns has-desktop-oneTwo-layout has-tablet-oneTwo-layout has-mobile-collapsedRows-layout has-vertical-unset\"><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"innerblocks-wrap\"><div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column-2ddf4297\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column\"><p class=\"has-text-align-left has-text-color\" style=\"color:#007551;font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);px\"><em><strong>6.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column-1a57e6b8\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column\"><p>Opdel dejen i sm\u00e5 klumper af ca. 25 gram.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hvis du \u00f8nsker lidt mindre eller st\u00f8rre Bao, kan klumperne laves 20 eller 30 gram, eller en anden v\u00e6gt du bedre kan lide.<\/p>\n\n<p>De sm\u00e5 dej klumper samles til kugler, og rulles med kagerulle til sm\u00e5 ovale pandekager, der er ca. 5-6 mm tykke.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vend dejen, s\u00e5 den glatteste og flotteste side vender ned mod bordet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sm\u00f8r meget lidt fedtstof p\u00e5 hele pandekagens overflade, dog kun p\u00e5 side der vender opad. Fingrene og en lille sk\u00e5l med olie kan med fordel bruges til dette. Hvis du har spray fedt til r\u00e5dighed, er dette nemmere at bruge, men sviner ogs\u00e5 lidt mere.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e5r de pandekagerne er rullede og smurte, foldes de p\u00e5 midten i pandekagens lange retning.
